Chairman William Holly
William H. Holly is the founder, President and CEO of Holly Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm focused on private clients in Florida. Previously, Mr. Holly founded the Miami office for Insignia/ESG; was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield and began his real estate career at Codina Bush Group. He has been active in the real estate industry since 1990. Recently, Mr. Holly was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for 2007.
Holly Real Estate was awarded the 2006 Business of the Year Award by Regions Bank and the South Florida Business Journal. The firm is currently developing Florida’s first, green, high-rise, office condominium: Miami Green.
William Holly is a founding shareholder of Coral Gables Trust where he serves on the Board of Directors. He is a Miami native and is the President of the Brickell Area Association and the Chairman Elect for Ransom Everglades School Board of Trustees. Mr. Holly also serves on the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and is the past Chairman of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida. He was a councilman on the Coconut Grove Village Council (1999, 2000) and he is the past Senior Warden at St. Philips Church in Coral Gables.

Mark Proctor has been involved in political campaigns for over 30 years. Proctor has been an active Florida real estate broker for over 25 years, primarily involved in commercial properties.
He is a member of the Brandon Advisory Board for Congressman Mike Bilirakis, a member of the Hillsborough County Public Safety Coordinating Council, and a member of the Tampa Sports Authority appointed 2001 and re-appointed in 2006. Proctor has served as co-chairman of the Florida Prevent Blindness, "People of Vision" dinner, has been chairman of the March of Dimes WalkAmerica, chairman of the Leukemia Society Celebrity Waiters Dinner, and involved in numerous charitable activities throughout the Tampa Bay area.
He was the organizing director and currently a shareholder in Platinum Bank, headquartered in Brandon.In addition to having served as the 2006-2007 chairman of the Tampa Sports Authority, he has been chairman of the Hillsborough Community College Foundation, president of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce, president of the Hillsborough Association of Chambers of Commerce, president of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, president of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Brandon, president of the President’s Roundtable of Brandon, president of Center Place Fine Arts Civic Association, and President of ACESS.
